At Pa Beignet, we take great care in preparing your orders, but due to the food-based and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re here to help if any issues arise with your order.
What to Do if There’s an Issue with Your Order:
If you encounter an issue with your order (such as damaged product or an order error), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the product in question for review.
Our Response to Issues:
Upon review, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement with your next order
- A credit toward a future order
